This update brings three big improvements to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions:
- Bullying Awareness Tracking – A single category to log bullying experiences from any angle — being bullied, witnessing it, or recognizing it in yourself — covering intimidation, manipulation, humiliation, and fear of harm.
- OCD & Violent Thought Types – New categories to help you track patterns, triggers, and emotional responses for these experiences.
- Refreshed Reflection Charts – Added a pie chart, scrollable views, and new filters so you can see which coping strategies work best, spot usage patterns, and view thought intensity changes over time with clearer visuals.
