Yes. Everything you log is stored only on your device. No data is uploaded, shared, or tracked. Your reflections are for your eyes only
The app tracks your emotional intensity before and after using coping strategies. You’ll see both lines over time on a clean, fixed 0–5 scale chart to help you spot what’s helping most.
Yes. You can log medications alongside your thoughts to get a more complete picture of your mental health routine.
Absolutely. You can revisit logged thoughts, update notes, track outcomes, and reflect at your own pace.
