You can click the trash can to delete all saved body maps and to add a new body map click the plus sign

On this screen, you can map where you feel stress in your body by tapping directly on different body areas. Stress shows up differently for everyone—some people feel it in their stomach, others in their shoulders, arms, jaw, or legs—and this tool lets you capture that visually.

Each body part you tap can be marked with an intensity level from 0–3:

You can adjust multiple areas to reflect how your body feels in that moment.

At the top:

This helps turn physical stress signals into something clear, trackable, and understandable.

You will be redirected back to the list view screen and you can click on a saved body map to view details. This screen shows details and time of when you did the body map

You can click the share button to print to share the body map with therapit and medical professionals and save or save to files. Click the trash can button to delete this body map
