XP Bar
The XP bar shows your current level and progress toward the next one. You earn XP by using the app—logging thoughts, completing activities, and exploring features. It’s designed to reward consistency and small wins without pressure. Each card displays its XP value, so you know how much XP you’ll earn when you complete the task and tap Done (Collect XP). As you gain XP, you unlock Zen Garden features and grow your Bonsai Tree, turning steady self-care into visible progress over time.



Sync Status
Syncing happens automatically in the background. You can opt out at any time from the Profile screen. No journal text or personal notes are shared—only what’s needed to keep your progress secure and up to date.
