Punch Pillow
This coping activity gives you a safe, physical way to release built-up tension and frustration through controlled movement. Punch Pillow lets you thumb-punch the screen to vent energy, build combos, and earn XP—turning emotional release into a positive, reinforcing experience. Track your punches, combos, and XP as you go, pause when needed, or reset to start fresh. When you’re finished, tap Done (Collect XP) to earn your reward and reinforce healthy stress relief. If you prefer to exit without collecting XP or viewing an ad, tap Back to return to the previous screen.
