What would you do if you won the lottery?

Sometimes big questions reveal what truly matters. When asked what I would do if I won the lottery, my answer is simple and deeply personal: I would invest it back into ThoughtsBeCaught to grow it as a mental wellness app.

ThoughtsBeCaught was created as a quiet utility for the mind—a space to pause, reflect, and notice what’s happening internally without judgment. If I had the resources, I would use them to expand that mission and help more people feel supported during difficult moments. Ultimately, I want ThoughtsBeCaught to become a leading mental wellness app, providing help whenever it’s needed most.

Investing in Growth and Accessibility

A large portion of the investment would go toward marketing and outreach. Mental wellness tools only help if people can find them. By expanding visibility, ThoughtsBeCaught could reach individuals who may be struggling silently and don’t yet know that gentle support exists. As a mental wellness app, ThoughtsBeCaught has a unique potential to support more people in managing their well-being.

I would also hire additional UI/UX freelancers to gather diverse feedback. Mental health tools must feel intuitive, calming, and safe. More perspectives mean better accessibility, clearer design, and a more supportive experience for users navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional overload.

Exploring Wearable Technology for Safety and Support

Another area of investment would be emerging wearable technology, such as AI-enabled smart glasses. The goal isn’t surveillance or control—it’s care.

Future updates to ThoughtsBeCaught are focused on safety-first awareness. When someone marks that they’re struggling or feeling at risk, technology could help recognize unsafe patterns and encourage grounding, pause, or connection to support. Used ethically, AI has the potential to assist in early intervention, helping people stay safe during their most vulnerable moments.

This vision is rooted in prevention, compassion, and respect for personal autonomy. Technology should support human care—not replace it. Above all, ThoughtsBeCaught stands out as a mental wellness app dedicated to prevention and support.
