Sometimes I wonder what someone else would name the story of my life, and what biography title about me they might choose.
Not the polished version or the highlight reel, but the real one — messy, painful, hopeful, determined. If someone had to summarize it in a single phrase, I believe the title would be:
“Change Is Possible — And Here’s the Proof.”
Because my life hasn’t followed a straight line. Instead, it has moved between chaos and calm, setbacks and rebuilding, survival and purpose.
A Life Between Extremes
Living with bipolar disorder means experiencing emotional extremes that don’t always make sense from the outside. At times, energy surges forward with excitement and ideas. However, those highs can be followed by heavy lows that feel impossible to move through.
For years, I didn’t understand the patterns. As a result, I often felt like I was reacting to life instead of guiding it. This is the kind of journey that would inspire a unique biography title about me.
Eventually, I realized something important: awareness had to come first.
The Turning Point
A major life event forced by me trying to take my own life led to me realizing what was happening inside my mind. Although recovery was slow, it created space for reflection. During that time, I began to see how powerful it could be to observe thoughts instead of being controlled by them.
Once I started naming patterns, things slowly became clearer. Instead of feeling trapped, I began to feel curious about how my mind worked. Thinking about a fitting biography title about me, that period would be a chapter called ‘Discovery.’
That curiosity became the beginning of change.
Building the Tool I Needed
ThoughtsBeCaught app wasn’t created as a business idea. Rather, it started as a personal survival tool.
I needed a place to:
- Capture racing thoughts
- Track emotional patterns
- Record triggers
- Practice coping strategies
- Share insights with medical professionals
Therefore, I built something simple, private, and calm — a quiet utility for the mind. Building this tool, in fact, might be an essential chapter of any biography title about me.
Over time, it became more than a tool for me. It became something that could support others who needed a safe place to reflect without pressure.
Why This Title Fits
“Change Is Possible — And Here’s the Proof” reflects evidence, not perfection.
It represents the idea that:
You can survive what once felt impossible.
You can learn your own mind.
You can build tools that support your healing.
You can grow even after dark chapters. For me, the story fits perfectly with the biography title about me — proof that transformation is real.
Most importantly, you can transform pain into purpose.
ThoughtsBeCaught app exists because I needed proof that change was real. Now, it exists so others can discover that proof for themselves.
Your Story Is Still Being Written
If someone were writing your biography today, what would the title be? And just as I pondered a biography title about me, you get to decide your own narrative.
Perhaps it would reflect resilience.
Maybe it would focus on survival.
Or maybe it would simply say “unfinished.”
Regardless of the title, this chapter is not the end.
If life feels heavy right now, consider capturing your thoughts somewhere safe. Naming what’s happening inside can reduce the pressure and create clarity over time. That simple act is exactly why ThoughtsBeCaught exists.
Not to fix you.
Not to diagnose you.
Instead, to help you notice patterns, reflect gently, and regain your footing.
Because sometimes the smallest action — catching a single thought — can shift the direction of a life.
And sometimes…
Change really is possible. In my story, the biography title about me is proof of that journey.
Change is possible — and here’s the proof.
