Reflection Charts turn your logged thoughts, feelings, and actions into clear visuals—showing changes in intensity over time, which thought types appear most often, and which coping strategies you use the most. Filters help you focus on specific dates, categories, or strategies, making it easier to spot patterns, track progress, and understand what supports you best. These insights can also be shared with therapists or medical professionals to support more informed conversations and care.

Need image with green and blue, the blue is thought insentity before coping strategy and the green is the intensity after coping strategy. this gives u and medical profesionals inot what coping strats are most effective (i need a better charts for this)

You can select filters to filter by date, thoguht categories, strategies, medications, and thought types by scrolling right you will see these filters. This is especially helpful showing profress and sharing with medical professional and therapists

The Thought Type Frequent will show you how many differet thought types you have over the filter date peroid
