Coping Strategies is your personal toolkit for responding to difficult thoughts and emotions—letting you browse, use, or create strategies that help calm your body, shift focus, and build emotional awareness. You can link strategies to timers or journaling, track what works for you, and grow a set of supports you can return to whenever you need them.
Click on the Coping Strategies Card

When you open this screen you get a list view of al the coping strategies, strategies with timer and journal will show on this screen

you can search by stragtegy by search bar

if you click on a stragey you can edit it, like ad journal prompt, timer, description etc. To do this click the edit stragey button. click save or cancel when finished

To delete the strategy click the delete stragy button, this really isn’t recommended tho cause you might have logged thoughts against this strategy

Click Add Coping Strategy button to ad a new strategy, this a premium subscriber feature atm. Your new strategy will show on the catch thoughts wizard
