Click on the Count To Relax Card

You have three different timer options to choose from, 10 secs, 20 secs, and 30 secs it default to 10 by default.

You’ll want to select your time and Breathe slowly as you count. In through the nose, out through the mouth

When ready click the start button and audio feedback will remind you to breath in and out and then count with you. You can always pause the counting task if needed.

When done click the Done (Collect XP) button to watch ad and collect xp

Tip if you want to avoid an ad, click the back button in the top left
