• Steadies heart rate and lowers muscle tension.
• Rhythmic focus pulls attention away from racing thoughts.
The app will cue inhale / hold / exhale for you.

You can select between two different types of breathing exercises, Calm 4-0-6 and 4-7-8
When Selected breathing exercise click the start button, note you can cliuck the start, pause and finish button when done. Audio feedback will tell you when to inhale, hold, and exhale.



When done click Finish and collect xp and view ad, if you want to omit the ad and xp click the back button
