Click on Gratitude Journal from the home screen

Your directed the the list screen from here u can view existing gratitude journal entries, at the bottom of the view, and add new ones,

Click the plus button in the top right to add new gratitude journal

Add a uniquie title to the gratitude list

Enter unique title and then click create

After list is created then click on it, in this example its My Gratitude List

Click the plus button in the top right to add items to your gratitude list

Fill out the fields below and click on Save & Add another if there are more than one

Also use the mood reflection slider for how powerful an appreciation is. This will be used later for providing helpful materials in time of stress.

Click Save and Close if finished or click cancel.
