About Progressive Muscle Relaxation
PMR is a simple way to release tension by tensing a muscle group for a few seconds and then fully relaxing it. Move through each area at a comfortable pace and breathe normally. If anything hurts, skip that step.
- Tap ▶ Play to hear prompts and timers.
- Use the Checklist to mark areas you practiced.
- Your sessions are saved in this list so you can see your progress.
Click on the PMR Guide Button

This screen will list the previously done PMR sessions. You can click the I button get the information block and Start a New PMR Session or click the plus button for a new PMR session.

On the PMR list screen you can select previosu sessions and look at details like how many steps completed and when the PMR exercise was performed

Click the I button and click start a new PMR Session or click the plus sign to start a new PMR session

Click the play button and audio feedback will guide you what to do, when finished you’ll go onto the next session. there are 16 total.

The user can click the back or forward buttons to skip or repeat previous PMR session

The user can collapse the CHecklist and Why PMR helps sections for some eduction on PMR and why it helps

When you finish A done button will appear and you can click done and collect xp and watch an ad. if you want to avoid the ad click the back button
