Pop-It Pops
This coping activity invites you to slow your breathing, ground your attention, and release tension through simple, satisfying taps. Pop-It Pops offers a variety of playful designs—each providing a gentle sensory experience designed to calm the mind and body. Tap the bubbles at your own pace, reset whenever you like, and focus on the rhythm and colors as a form of mindful release. When you’re finished, tap Done (Collect XP) to earn your reward and continue building progress in a calm, pressure-free way.

After picking a pop-it design
click on the circles to pop it like a real life pop it

At the bottom we have a reset button to reset the pop its and when done click the done (collect xp) this will play an ad and collects xp points. if u want to omit the ad click the back button
