- Open Dream Catcher from the ThoughtsBeCaught app
- Tap the ➕ plus icon in the top-right corner
- Enter your dream details:
- What happened
- How it made you feel
- Any symbols or moments that stood out
- Save your entry
That’s it — no pressure, no perfection required.

Enter Time and Select external factors you noticed like woke up crying

Select emtion intesity you felt after waking up from the dream and during hte dream
Sometimes dream recalls can be vague so selet how strong the dream recall is.
slide to the right for the most intense and most vivide dreeam recall and slide to the left if lower
Add notes which is options from your dream to later be reiviewed by oneself and with a therpist or medical professional
