Click on Logged Thought(s) from the home screen

This is the screen where you view your logged thoughts from the caught thoughts screen, (need hyper link here)

Use the search bar to filter already existing thoughts

Click on the thought to view the thought details

Scroll to the bottom of the selected thought. You have options here to update, delete and reflect on thought

Click on reflect the thought to go over thought with therapist and any notes or logs or helpful tips the therapist and medical professional and you come up with coping with or reflecting the thoght, click save reflection or delete refelection if editing an existing refletion

Click update thought button to update the original thought with more details

Click the delete button to delete the thought, there is a confirmation button

Click on the show Grok AI User Log Insights, This lets Grok AI look for patterns and anything the AI analyzes. (Need example of this working, it isn’t)

If your out of grok usage tokens you can watch an ad to get another token

Click on watch ad button for +1 Grok Usage Token
