I’m excited to announce the release of ThoughtsBeCaught v4.0. It is the biggest update yet to the app that helps you catch your thoughts, track your emotions, and grow self-awareness. This ThoughtsBeCaught app update introduces powerful new features designed to make reflection easier, more insightful, and more accessible across devices.
🔑 What’s New in v4.0
- Search Everywhere: Quickly find your past thoughts, coping strategies, medications, and logs with new universal search.
- User Accounts + Backup: Sign in with Apple, Google, or Email — or remain anonymous. Sync is on by default, keeping your data safely encrypted in Firebase/Firestore with full ownership still belonging to you.
- Mental Episode Tracking: Log and track episodes like Mania, Depression, Anxiety, or Panic. You can include intensity and duration for more accurate reflection.
- Updated Charts & Insights: Refreshed reflection charts now export to PDF with markup, print, or share. These features are useful for therapists and medical professionals.
- Profile Feature: View and manage your account with a streamlined profile page, thanks to the latest ThoughtsBeCaught app update.
- Shortcuts: One-tap access to catch thoughts and review logs directly from the home screen.
- Guides & Blog Link: Access mental health resources and updates at thoughtsbecaught.com.
- Privacy Policy Update: Reinforced commitment that your data belongs to you. Sync is built for convenience, and ownership is protected by Web3 principles.
- Community Coming Soon: Anonymous community features (aggregate mood tracking, leaderboards, and shared insights) are in development. They will be available in the next update in this ongoing ThoughtsBeCaught app update.
- Bug Fixes: Minor bug fixes with medication staying active
At its core, ThoughtsBeCaught remains built on one principle: your data belongs to you. Every log is a step forward. Now, with richer insights and new tools from the ThoughtsBeCaught app update, those steps become transformation. 💚
